HYPNOSIS & THE POWER OF THE MIND
Limitless Rapid Hypnotic Transformation is an amazing way to release struggles and tap into your true potential.
The subconscious mind is very effective in creating patterns that turn deliberate conscious thought into automatic behaviours. Unfortunately we sometimes get stuck in a way of thinking, behaving, feeling or experiencing which is no longer useful to us. Patterns that were perhaps once an appropriate response to an event, can become problematic. Even worse, we tend to accept other people’s beliefs as our own truths, good or bad.
The subconscious mind is a remarkably powerful facet but unfortunately, it can also be our biggest foe.
Hypnosis provides access to the subconscious mind and gives us the power to create new neural pathways so we can literally choose the experiences we want. The subconscious mind is amazing. You are amazing. Genius. Perfect. Only you were never told that. You have no doubt been told other things, and accepted them as your facts. Limitless Rapid Hypnotic Transformation, therefore, isn’t to add to you, like a superpower, but to simply remove what was never actually true. How could perfection be added to, anyway?
What if we could release the fears that hold us back? What if we could step out of our comfort zone AND make that comfort zone bigger? What about moving the boundaries that others have set for us, and we have accepted? What if were able to eliminate the lack of confidence that leads to a lack of applying ourselves?
What could we do, if in every arena of life, we lived up to our full and true potential? How much would our spiritual life multiply, and how would that affect our physical efforts, financial freedom or social verve? Perhaps we could experience true exponential growth...
Being more, is not about being added to, but about removing our limitations. The belief that you can be more, have more, do more and share more is the ethos behind Limitless Rapid Hypnotic Transformation.
You are amazing. Genius. Perfect.
Only you were never told that...
REAL HYPNOSIS to change limiting patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviours for a better life experience...
INTRODUCING... AN AMAZING WAY TO
RELEASE YOUR STRUGGLES
AND TAP IN TO YOUR TRUE POTENTIAL
THIS IS NOT HYPNOTHERAPY
Why? Because you are not broken, and don’t need to be fixed!
I may be a certified hypnotist and professional hypnotherapist by qualification and training, but I don't 'treat' you, in the traditional sense, because I don't believe that the art of hypnosis is medicine for your specific symptoms. I can, of course, help you to achieve amazing things and overcome limitations that you are experiencing, but I don't do that by targeting issues and working as a pseudo-doctor!
I have trained with, and studied from some of the most respected hypnotists and hypnotherapists on the planet, and whilst I utilise many of the hypnotic or ’therapeutic’ techniques I have been taught, I really don’t believe that working in an arena where we frame things as a ‘disorder’ or a ‘cure' is useful. My work is more about removing limiting beliefs (untruths!) and restoring to full power, than targeting disorders and curing illnesses.
I avoid talking in the language of issues and cures. It's fine to use a so-called disorder as a starting point, naturally, but because the potential of the Limitless Rapid Hypnotic Transformation process is so huge, and can create such amazing and profound changes, I find that targeting symptoms alone is a limiting way in which to work.
Our specific goals are often deep rooted in more generic or core desires and there are often massive overlaps which can boost self confidence and self esteem, for example, irrespective of your initial motivation for change. This way of working is very different, and potentially very profound.
My approach is very very different from traditionally therapy. I do not perform psychoanalysis or try to get to the root of your problems with regression because I do not see this as necessary to create changes to how you think, feel or behave. In addition, I feel it's really not my business to attempt to put my understanding of mental or physical issues, or apply logic and reasoning as an influencing factor for change - because you already have all the power and resources within you. It's likely that up to now, you haven't had the tools to bypass the critical factor of mind in order to realise a better way of doing things. And that, really, is the crux of hypnosis - we're bypassing conscious thought and dealing with the whats, not the whys, of the powerful, emotive subconscious mind.

Some fun with
rapid induction demonstrations...
My work is more about removing limiting beliefs (untruths!) and restoring to full power, than targeting disorders and curing illnesses
...it takes just as long to make a change to a mental pattern as it does to install one in the first place. An instant.
There were no couches, soft lighting or whale music that made you accept a limiting belief, so I don't use them either.
WHY RAPID?
While many hynotherapists rely on lengthy progressive relaxation scripts and recordings, I specialise in rapid inductions.
A verifiable state of hypnosis is fundamental to communicate directly with the subconscious mind. Relaxation is great, and therapeutic in itself, but not necessary, and not necessarily hypnosis. I also believe that it takes just as long to make a change to a mental pattern as it does to install one in the first place. An instant.
A 30-minute relaxation induction, for me, is around 29-minutes overkill! There were no couches, soft lighting or whale music that made you accept a limiting belief, so I don't use them either. For the same reason, I don’t prescribe a set number of sessions for a perceived complexity of an issue. A pattern is a pattern and, once progress has been made, it's life experiences themselves that help to compound the new more productive patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviours - and these don’t happen on the couch, either!
Part of my initial rapid induction training was to hypnotise subjects, provide a positive intervention and bring them out of hypnosis feeling refreshed and amazing, in a progressively shorter amount of time. I got down to just under 1-minute and still always achieved an elated "wow!" upon 'awakening'. But naturally, in the real world, whilst I can work efficiently, I am thorough and spend time in making sure you also understand, and are able to utilise, the true power of the mind to be able to make amazing and lasting profound changes specific to you.
I will also spend time explaining how and why this stuff works in order for you to appreciate and maximise your potential, after your session - because knowledge is the greatest power.
WHAT CAN LIMITLESS RAPID HYPNOTIC TRANSFORMATION BE USED FOR?
Most hypnotherapists would be tempted to showcase a massive list of issues and phobias here. But if you’ve read above, you’ll understand that whilst you’ll experience some amazing things, I don’t deal directly with issues. Quite simply, whilst your issue is likely to be resolved or at least be reset to be able to receive more appropriate future feedback, my specialism is enabling you to make internal changes to get better - no matter what better means to you.
A Limitless Rapid Hypnotic Transformation session can be used to affect ANYTHING emotive and its resulting behaviours, beliefs and mental patterning. Irrespective of any symptoms or issues, it’s an awesome experience in itself which opens the doors to new positive thoughts, feelings, experiences and beliefs. Oftentimes, positive changes that you hadn’t even considered, can flourish from a revitalised core perspective.
...my specialism is enabling you to make internal changes to get better - no matter what better means to you
...because creating problems and issues, or peace and happiness in our minds, all use the same mental patterning process, knowing how that process can be influenced means we can quite literally choose which experience we would rather have...
It's all really about interrupting your unproductive patterns...a spanner in the works forces a different perspective on thoughts, feelings and behaviours...
HOW DOES LIMITLESS RAPID HYPNOTIC TRANSFORMATION WORK?
The subconscious mind is an amazing and powerful part of our mental makeup - it is the source of our emotions and inspiration, a place where the perfect ‘x’ exists, a place where we can turn desire into reality - at the speed of thought. And because creating problems and issues, or peace and happiness in our minds all use the same mental patterning process, knowing how that process can be influenced means we can quite literally choose which experience we would rather have. It sounds simple and magical, and it really is…
I use hypnotic elements - inspired by, and influenced from techniques such as Core Transformation, Quantum Focus, Hypnotic Symbolism, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Direct Suggestion Hypnosis amongst others. I don't claim uniqueness on any of the techniques, however I do claim uniqueness in my 'Limitless' approach to rapid change work - which goes against the grain of a lot of traditional hypnotherapy. My methods are efficient, and I strive to make it that you leave the session with a different perspective on your old behaviours and feelings, along with an amazing buzz and excitement about the future. The client who admits that they were relaxed but wonders if they were hypnotised or if anything worked is my worst nightmare - so I tend to follow my dreams instead. I have no couch, whale music, or lengthy relaxation scripts to pad out the session - I don’t charge by the hour or multiple sessions - just a one-off flat-rate fee for everybody whether that’s ten minutes or three hours (unlikely!). My methods are fast, powerful and inspiring and I use REAL hypnotic phenomena to help you reprogram your mind to ‘get better’ - no matter what get better means to you. So, therapy - no, not really. Hypnosis? Absolutely.
It’s all really about interrupting your unproductive patterns of behaviour. Think about this.... life experience (everything you know about yourself and the world) fuels your thoughts; thoughts drive feelings; feelings drive behaviours; behaviours provide experiences, and so the cycle continues. It’s easy to see how a limiting thought, feeling or behaviour can become trapped in this cycle.
Consider a spider phobia as an example of this feedback loop…
Thought - "Spiders make me terrified"
Feeling - "I see a spider! I feel terrified"
Behaviour - "I’m sweating, shaking, trembling, I can’t move!"
Experience - "That experience was horrible"
Compounding World View Feedback - "Spiders = terrifying, I'm scared of spiders”
Logic (conscious mind) doesn’t really come into play here. We know that the spider is harmless, in the same way we know that the dog from the film Marley and Me didn't really die, everyone is acting, and we shouldn't be shedding tears like we've been chopping satanic onions. Automatic emotional and physical responses are driven by a world view, or a moment in time, where subconscious dominance occurs which also means that things aren't necessarily accurate. The logical conscious mind is sort of waiting offline. Working with the Limitless Rapid Hypnotic Transformation model, in the spider phobia, we would interrupt a pattern at any stage of the cycle (we don't need real spiders to access the pattern, just your imagination!). A spanner in the works forces a different perspective on thoughts, feelings or behaviours ultimately to produce a DIFFERENT experience. That new experience, if it is profound enough, and that's why hypnosis is key, has the power to influence your old world view and provide a new thought, feeling or behaviour in a new more productive cycle.
Techniques to interrupt the limited patterns may include hypnotic symbolism (using imagination to make representative changes), NLP techniques such as swish patterns or collapsing anchors (both use a similar before-and-after engagement process) or core transformation, which follows the emotion of a specific behaviour to a natural positive core non-specific emotion - and armed with a new perspective, travels back to the initial behavioural/emotional response with a different reaction to help create the neurological change.
Probably sounding a bit technical now, but trust me that the experience is so much easier to embrace and understand than my attempt of describing it!

...if a negative suggestion, by one of life's accidental hypnotists, got accepted by you as a truth, in the blink of an eye, why should it take any longer for a deliberate hypnotist to give you a better suggestion?
...doing things against your will...that's the battle you've been losing and why you'd be booking a place on my imaginary couch!
HYPNOTHERAPY MYTHS
Many hypnotherapists do their best to dispel popular misconceptions - about losing control, giving away secrets etc - derived from stage and TV. And, unfortunately, in trying to open their hypno-doors to reveal a harmless and welcoming environment, they do the power of the subconscious mind a great disservice! I find myself dispelling the myths that were supposed to dispel the myths - so here’s my attempt to put the record straight…
Myth - the longer you have had your ‘issue’, the more sessions you’ll need to be ‘cured’
I don’t work under that linear umbrella of fixing what is labelled as broken. The changing of a mental pattern, happens in an instant. We can achieve that in minutes, even seconds - the real change work is in the experience of life after the session where the formation of new and more useful patterns to events happens. Feel free to come back in a few months for a review, top-up, or tweak - but there’s really no need to spend hundreds or even thousands of pounds by booking in months and months of weekly sessions! The mind is great at accepting suggestions - if you did book a tonne of sessions, guess how long it would likely take to start to see any sort of progress? Consider this - if a negative suggestion by one of life’s accidental hypnotists got accepted by you as a truth in the blink of an eye (you’ll never be this, no good at that, too this, too that, not X enough, will never get over Y etc), why should it take any longer for a deliberate hypnotist to give you a better suggestion?!
Myth - the more complicated the (perceived) problem, the more sessions you will need
Again, this only really happens if you start labelling disorders and issues and determining success with a linear ‘cured' or 'not cured' label. To me, this is a backwards way of working. It’s fine if your symptom is the driving force to come and see me, but my process is quite different. We’ll work in the arena of changing patterns of the mind and only real-world experiences - with a new mindset - will dictate any sort of duration of what is considered to be ‘cured' - not that you’ll even be thinking that way anyway - you will find that when patterns are changed, your old assessment of success/failure simply becomes non-relevant and holds no power! By using techniques such as the core transformation processes, amongst other creative symbolism techniques, we are able to diffuse all the clutter surrounding your ‘issues' and arrive at an incredibly inspiring and simplistic new way of thinking, feeling, behaving and experiencing the world.
Myth - you can’t be made to do anything against your will - or if you’re asked to do something you don’t agree with ethically or morally, you can just decide to get up and walk away
Either a hypnotherapist’s white lie or a gross underestimation of the mind.
Let's be honest - if I couldn’t persuade you to do something against your will, I couldn’t really help you! If you could decide for yourself what does or doesn’t get passed your will, you wouldn’t really need me in the first place - it works both ways!
We fight losing battles against our will every day. Will is a conscious process - and where logic and imagination conflict, imagination always wins (even despite what you may ’think’!). Hypnosis bypasses that logic conscious brain and works with the unquestioning and creative emotional storehouse of the subconscious mind. So if you could get up and walk away, then we haven’t really got hypnosis or any state of mind that is ready for creating new and profound, life-changing mental patterns.
The myth was no-doubt founded as reassurance against the fear of looking stupid (clucking like a chicken) or giving away secrets. But people are convinced, coerced, coaxed and cajoled into doing things all the time, without hypnosis. So to claim otherwise under hypnosis, especially when the functions of the frontal lobe are diminished (the ability to recognise future consequences from current actions, the choice between good and bad actions, the override of socially unacceptable responses, reasoning powers and sense of values and moral worth), has no agreement with the process whatsoever.
The subconscious mind does not judge or reason. The conscious does, but hypnosis doesn’t really deal with it. In reality, it's not totally as black and white as that, but the model makes for useful reference: Conscious = logical brain… Subconscious = emotive mind... Hypnosis = subconscious communication.
Because I do not like to make assumptions or second guess people's problems, much of my work is what could be described as 'content free’. This means that I only guide you through hypnotic processes and all the subconscious processing is done internally by you. To a large extent, I do not even need to know what your so-called ‘issue’ is. I will work with your feedback of course, but because I do not attempt to enforce any of my own views (which may conflict with yours and become rejected or inappropriately accepted), in that way, yes - you ARE in control. But doing things against your will...that's the battle you've been losing and why you'd be booking a place on my imaginary couch!
HYPNOSIS FACTS
Yes, I believe hypnosis is bigger and cleverer than some of the myths would have tame. However, please allow me to address some typical concerns...
Is hypnosis safe?
Yes. There is no special power - hypnosis is a natural process without the hangover or side affects of drugs. We drift in and out of hypnotic states and trances every day.
For most, the safe question ends here. But we do get hypnotised for good or bad, by life's everyday accidental hypnotists. We accept suggestions. So yes, hypnosis is safe, but only as safe as any human interaction. While I challenge the concept that people can't be made to do things against their will, morals or ethics, I concede that resistance is a massive barrier to the hypnotic process, and that even if I had evil intentions, it would be extremely difficult for my subconscious body language and intent to pass under your subconscious radar! Trust is a massive thing - In the same way that a surgeon's scalpel is insanely sharp and dangerous, yet safe in the hands of the surgeon, I hope that you can rest assured with me admitting that the best way to ensure that I don't do harm is to accept that I can.
Can I get stuck in hypnosis?
Nope. Never happened, never will! Mainly because hypnosis as a state doesn't really exist, it's more of a transition process. Recorded EEG data may show consistent and specific brainwave activity associated with hypnosis (alpha and theta waves, whereas beta is the normal 'awake' activity), but doesn't identify an actual state of hypnosis differently from any state achieved without hypnosis. Hypnosis is really the art and act of fluidly moving from one state to another rather than the state itself. The states themselves are natural - just different brainwave activity induced by the hypnotist (ultimately by accepted suggestions by the hypnotee). Your mind is like a rubber band and even if the hypnotist disappeared, mid-session, you'd do as you do in normal life, drift out of the state, naturally, at some point.
Will it work for me?
If you are wondering ‘Can I be hypnotised?’ then consider this. If you accept the definition as the delivery and acceptance of suggestion, then yes, everyone can - it happens to us every day, naturally. Hypnosis works when a suggestion bypasses our conscious logic and becomes accepted by our mind as fact. We weren't formally hypnotised when we accepted a negative suggestion, such as an anxiety or phobia, as fact. It’s not about being zoned out, it’s about accepting suggestion without reserve.
Will rapid transformations work for me? - if you are able to recall, imagine or express a thought, emotion or behaviour you’d like to change, and are able to imagine how you’d rather feel about it, then yes. Again, that’s pretty much everyone. And it really is that simple. For example, using hypnotic symbolism techniques, there is no need for me to use regression to establish how an issue started. There is no need for you to either. In fact, I do not even really need to know your ‘goal’ or ‘issue’ as everything is done by you (with my guidance) to resolve things internally. Any attempt by me to analyse, make sense of, or second-guess your creative mind is likely to do more harm than good. So I don’t.
If there is an underlying desire to change, that's all I need to work with. To an extent, it matters not if you have reservations, are nervous about being hypnotised, or even think that you can't be. It may make my road bumpier, but not impossible, to navigate. In fact, many stage or street hypnotists relish the nervous subject because they know the root of their nervous reaction is a belief that 'something can happen'. It's fine to have concerns or be nervous about being hypnotised - frankly, my job would be much harder with someone who showed up, stony-faced, cold, void of emotion - because hypnosis IS dealing with the emotional facet of the mind.
...hypnosis is a natural process without the hangover or side affects of drugs
...we weren't formally hypnotised when we accepted a negative suggestion
HOW WILL YOU HYPNOTISE ME?
People's definition of hypnosis varies, even between professionals. For the sake of my work, hypnosis means bypassing the critical factor of the conscious mind to communicate directly with the subconscious mind to create suggestions for change. That's basically it, to create a state where suggestions are accepted. The state itself isn't necessarily hypnosis but the facilitation of the transition from one state to another is. And there are several ways to get there - we call them hypnotic inductions. It's not about susceptibility or being weak-minded. If anything the ability to concentrate and focus is important, so intelligent and alert people are easier to work with!
Types of inductions include pattern interrupt (interrupting an automatic action such as a handshake - the subconscious is momentarily confused and needs resolve ie. the hypnotist's immediate suggestion to 'sleep' or focus on something, for example), shock/surprise induction (similar to a pattern interrupt in that the subconscious mind works quicker than the conscious to react), confusion/overload induction (the conscious mind can only handle a small number of stimuli, overloading this means a subconscious resolve is a natural and welcome route), and progressive muscle relaxation (a minute is sufficient, we don't need an hour!).
There are hundreds, if not thousands, of creative variations, but essentially, the main objective is to achieve subconscious dominance - the most obvious and natural way is just to use our imagination. Even in the most dramatic-looking surprise induction, this is always a pleasant experience because the key suggestion might be 'relax' or 'sleep'. Some people note that they think they could have resisted a suggestion such as opening their eyes but somehow just 'felt better' not to. This is because there is often no reason to do otherwise because it actually feels good to be hypnotised, and we chose to do so. In that respect, you could argue that all hypnosis is self hypnosis because there is no magic power, and you always have the choice to comply. Part of the 'art' of the hypnotic induction is to steer you to a congruent place to allow yourself to have the pleasant experience that hypnosis is!
As much as I try to push the science behind the power of the subconscious mind, the fact remains that hypnosis, as we're dealing with the creative part of the brain, is an artistic and creative process. My talent, being a very creative person with a past life as a musician, broadcast cameraman, teacher, graphic designer, art director and business owner has proved to be a big asset to my skills as a hypnotist. The knowledge of the hypnotic process as a science is important, but it is the artistry of the hypnotist which truly drives the creative subconscious mind.
The knowledge of the hypnotic process is important, but it is the artistry of the hypnotist that truly drives the creative subconscious mind
